Engineering

Engineering is not a support function – it is the foundation of project success.

Direct & White-Label Engineering Delivery

We deliver utility-scale renewable energy engineering services either directly to project owners and investors, or as a fully integrated white-label engineering partner for EPC contractors and developers.
Our engineering teams operate seamlessly within client organizations, applying unified standards, confidential workflows and execution-oriented methodologies across all project phases.

Engineering Scope

We provide comprehensive engineering services for utility-scale energy systems, including Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and hybrid power plants, delivered across three structured engineering phases.

Phase 1 — Pre-Engineering

This phase defines the optimal system architecture and establishes the technical and commercial basis of the project. Scope typically includes:

  • Site layout and system configuration (PV, BESS or hybrid)
  • Energy yield, storage dispatch and performance modelling
  • Preliminary system sizing and capacity optimization
  • Grid interaction and connection concept studies
  • Preliminary electrical architecture (DC, AC, PCS, MV and transformers)
  • Initial infrastructure and equipment placement planning
  • Concept-level BoQ and pre-CAPEX assessment

Phase 2 — Detailed Engineering (IFC)

This phase delivers execution-ready engineering packages for construction, procurement and implementation. Scope typically includes:

  • Detailed electrical engineering (PV arrays, PCS, inverters, transformers, MV systems)
  • BESS-specific engineering (battery blocks, PCS, protection, thermal & auxiliary systems)
  • Grid compliance, protection coordination and control philosophy
  • Structural and civil engineering (foundations, equipment pads, container layouts, access roads)
  • SCADA, EMS and monitoring architecture
  • IFC drawings, calculations and finalized BoQ documentation

Phase 3 — As-Built Engineering & System Validation

This phase ensures that the constructed energy system is fully documented, verifiable and operationally traceable. Scope typically includes:

  • As-built electrical, civil and system architecture drawings
  • Final protection, grounding and control documentation
  • Updated material lists and final BoQs
  • As-built technical notes and deviation records
  • Consolidated documentation for commissioning, operation and asset management
