Engineering-Controlled Procurement
Our procurement services are driven by engineering, not trading. We support utility-scale renewable energy projects by managing procurement processes under strict engineering control, ensuring technical compliance, vendor suitability and seamless integration with project design and execution.
Our role in procurement focuses on:
- Engineering-based vendor and equipment selection
- Technical compliance review and specification alignment
- BoQ-based procurement coordination
- Interface management between suppliers, engineering and EPC teams
- Risk mitigation across the supply chain and delivery phases
All procurement activities are executed in close coordination with our engineering teams to ensure bankable, grid-compliant and execution-ready project outcomes.
